ECU Selection & Consultation

Wiring & Harness Fabrication
Clean, reliable wiring is the backbone of any standalone installation. We build custom harnesses, integrate additional sensors, wire in auxiliary outputs for boost control and fuel systems, and ensure every connection is soldered, shielded, and labeled.
Sensor Integration
Wideband O2 sensors, MAP sensors, IAT sensors, EGT probes, knock sensors, flex fuel sensors, and more — we install and calibrate every sensor your standalone ECU needs for accurate engine data and safe operation.
Base Map & Startup
We develop a base map for your specific engine configuration, get the engine started and idling cleanly, and verify all sensor readings and outputs before heading to the dyno for final calibration.
Full Dyno Calibration
Every standalone tune is built from zero on our in-house dyno — fuel tables, ignition maps, boost targets, cam timing, cold start enrichment, flex fuel compensation, and all auxiliary functions. We run multiple passes to ensure safe, consistent power.
Data Logging & Refinement
After the initial tune, we review data logs to identify any areas for refinement. We can also set up on-board logging so you can capture data during real-world driving for follow-up adjustments.
